Our color match samples are an easy way to find the closest shade for your Tressova hair extensions before placing your order. Please note that each sample features hair color only and does not include the weft base, tape, or remover.

For the best color comparison, place the sample alongside the mid-lengths or ends of your natural hair and check it in natural daylight. This will give you the most accurate idea of how beautifully the shade will blend with your hair.

We understand that finding the perfect hair extension shade can sometimes be challenging. That’s why Tressova offers exchanges on eligible hair extensions.

To qualify for an exchange, the hair must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and have all security ties intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept extensions that have been removed from their original security ties.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. If the shade isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to help you find a more suitable color and guide you through our color-matching process.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for an exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Email support@tressova.com with:

Your order number
Details about your color concern
Photos of your natural hair, if possible
Your desired hair color or final look
Your preferred replacement shade, if you already know it

Our team will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Please follow the return instructions carefully. You must provide valid tracking information for your return shipment. Tressova cannot be held responsible for hair lost during return transit or items sent to an incorrect return address.

Returns & Refunds

Tressova does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes ordering the wrong product, deciding you no longer want the item, or changing your mind for personal reasons unrelated to a product defect or error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case and require approval before a refund can be processed.

Approved cancellations will incur a 5% Shopify transaction fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is not covered by Tressova.

Customers are also responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an approved cancellation.

Any approved refund will only be processed after the hair has been returned to Tressova and inspected by our team. The product must remain in its original, unused condition with all security ties intact.

For hygiene reasons, extensions that have been removed from their security ties are not eligible for a refund.

When Are Extensions Not Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Your order will not qualify if:

The security ties have been removed or opened.
The hair has been washed, colored, cut, altered, or otherwise tampered with.
The extensions have been used or are no longer in their original condition.
Products or treatments have been applied that are not recommended for Tressova extensions.
The request is simply due to a change of mind.

Color Tip: If you're checking whether a shade matches your natural hair, place your natural hair over the extension bundle without opening or removing the security ties. This allows you to assess the blend while keeping the product eligible for an exchange.

International Orders

Please note that Tressova does not cover international taxes, duties, or customs charges, except where specifically stated for eligible USA and UK orders. We recommend reviewing our shipping information before placing an international order.
